We understand that customers are looking for easy ways to shop. Our online store allows you to order from multiple producers and pick up from your choice of convenient locations. Ordering from Bellair helps to build and support our community, and to preserve our precious agricultural land for future use.
CREATE AN ACCOUNT
To buy from us, register as a customer. If you are going to purchase a CSA share, be sure to register as a “CSA Member.” If you would like to pre-order and pick up retail items ONLY, register as a regular “Retail” customer. Once you are set up, visit our Product List page to see what is available.

HOME DELIVERY
We now offer home delivery on Wednesdays & Fridays to Scottsville, North Garden, Greenwood, Charlottesville, Keswick, and anywhere in between (Zip codes: 22901, 22902, 22903, 22911, 22904).
There’s a $60 minimum order OR a $10 delivery fee for orders below the minimum.
Order by Monday at noon for Wednesday delivery, or Thursday at noon for Friday delivery.
WEBSTORE FAQ's
Our new site is much improved over the old one, but there's still a learning curve. Here are some things we have learned that may help you. Please reach out if you have problems with our site. We want to help!
How do I shop?
First, create an account here. If you're a CSA member, register as such (any share or add-on counts). Everyone else, register as a "Retail Customer." You'll enter card info, which will be securely stored in the site (we can't see it). I run payments for each pickup on the day of distribution, so it won't charge your card right away (see below for more info). You'll also choose a default location, which you can change at any time (see below).
The IX Market is not an option in my drop down or I only see Tuesday - CLOSED or similar. What's wrong?
The site uses your "default" location which may have been the one you chose when you singed up. Check out below to change your location! We will disregard location when it comes to veggie CSA's, since y'all can switch it up. All other items -- add-ons and retail orders -- will be brought to the location they are ordered to.
How do I change pick-up sites/location?
Go to your “Overview” page, which you can find by clicking on the “person” icon when you are logged in. You can change your location from there.
Unconfirmed orders:
If you put items in your shopping cart and don't click all the way through, that order will not be confirmed. You will get an automated email as a reminder. Unless the order is "confirmed" we won't pack or bring it.
Retail orders and Payment info:
Retail order payments work similarly to CSA payments. They will not run when you place the order, but rather after I have had a chance to review all the orders and process payments in bulk (this will usually be the day of distribution). That way, if there is an issue (say we are short an item), I can edit it before the fact and avoid a refund/credit situation.
