Things are always changing on the farm, so if you have an interest in working with us, please reach out! We typically are adding new crew who apply in winter (December-February) for a start date around April, but things pop open at any season from time to time!
The farm is a very dynamic place and we have veggie fieldwork, market shifts, livestock work, and mechanical work! We are a production farm, so pace and production goals are baked into everything we do. We have a crew consisting of various ages, backgrounds, and cultures and value professionalism in agriculture.
