Save the date and get your tickets for our biggest spring event: Baby Animal Day! We're planning a wonderful event this year. As far as animals, we are expecting to have our own piglets, chicks, laying hens, and guardian dogs. If it's easy, we will have our cattle grazing nearby. We're also excited to announce that our neighbors, Lower Sherwood Llama Farm, will be bringing some of their wonderful llamas! The animal areas will be staffed by Bellair folks who can talk to you about how we raise our livestock here on the farm.

In addition to the animals, we will also have food vendors, tractor sitting and a coloring station for kids. Our walking trails and Barn Store will also be open, of course! Tickets for this event are $10 per car load ($5 for 2023 CSA members!). We hope to see you there!

Important safety notes about Baby Animal Day:

• Please be aware all our animal fencing is electrified, with the exception of the llamas. 

• This is a working farm, not a petting zoo. In general, our livestock don't tolerate being touched and we won't allow folks inside their enclosures.

• We will be taking precautions against avian flu: if you have backyard chickens, we will ask that you remain at a distance from our birds for risk mitigation.
