Below you’ll find the actual weekly offerings from the 2013 CSA season at Bellair Farm.  This list should give you a better idea of what types of produce are available through the CSA and the time of season you might find them.  With that in mind, please remember that each season is very different from the last, due to weather, crew and a whole host of other factors, so no two seasons will include exactly the same offerings.

Week 1: arugula, basil plants, lettuce, radishes, scallions, spinach, tatsoi, tomato plants.

Week 2: arugula, basil plants, braising mix, lettuce, radishes, scallions, spinach, swiss chard, tatsoi, tomato plants. Pick Your Own: peas, strawberries.

Week 3: arugula, beets, bok choy, lettuce, kale, radishes, salad turnips, spinach. PYO: peas, strawberries.

Week 4: baby bok choy, beets, bok choy, collard greens, fennel, kale, lettuce, radishes, salad turnips, swiss chard. PYO: cilantro, dill, peas, strawberries.
